We want you to love your BEC + BRIDGE purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all full-priced items that are in their original, unworn condition. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only, and final sale items cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the garments in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include a copy of your return authorization form.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
